Now I'm heated and upset over this. I told Tom that I did not care if he had to get Buck Showalter himself on the phone but I want my tickets. I want to speak to a supervisor. Tom said there were none around for me to speak to. Tom then asked me to repeat my story again and then asked if I made copies of the tickets. I told him know had I known that I couldn’t TRUST the Baltimore Orioles with this I would have. He said well since you don’t have photo copies of the tickets we can not help you. I told him that I wanted to speak to the supervisor. He put me on hold and came back and told me still I was not going to get my tickets and that Brad said he called me back on Aug 8th but the number he called was disconnected. I told Tom that’s funny because he just called me on the number I left in the beginning of the week and left me a voicemail and the number that I am calling from is the number that Brad said was disconnected. I told Tom that I want to speak to a supervisor. He put me on hold AGAIN and came back and said we mailed the replacement tickets to a Ray Riley or Ray Wiley. I told him even though I had all my contact information in the package along with the self stamped envelope in the over night package you still sent them to someone else. I am baffled that this happen and rather upset with this process. Tom told my replacement ticket will be a Will call and I can pick them up. When I got to will call to pick up the tickets to my surprise they were for the Aug 10th game. I told will call that I did not want them that they should have been for the September 29th game for the Brooks Robinson statue. The gentleman at will call said hold on let me go check again. He did and came back with the 2 tickets. I feel that all this I went through I still wound up in the same Section Same Row. Wont be going to any other game if this is how they treat their fans.
