Bedard Finally Traded
It sucks to trade your ace: however, it had to be done. We don't need to go through the details, as we already know what's transpired. It's like a punch in the gut to trade you ace pitcher, but in the end you'll know grow from it and the Baltimore Orioles had do it to go forward.
The Orioles may not win 65 games this season, but at least for a change, things are looking up.

Hate to see Bedard go, but you gotta love what MacPhail is doing. In less than a year with the team the team, he's done 3 great trades and convinced Angelos to rebuild. The next season or two will likely suck, but I rather lose with young kids who can develop in stars rather than with aging players who will do nothing for the future of the club. It's been the best offseason in years. Things are fine down here in SC...70 degrees and sunny. Hope things are good up there in Marylnad.
