Quick Hits: B.J. Surhoff, The O's Around the Blogosphere and 'Net...
Well, according to Sun writer Roch Kubatko, former Oriole B.J. Surhoff will be inducted in the Orioles Hall of Fame this summer.
Congrats to B.J. and his family, as he was always a gritty, hard-nosed player, a class act and a great member of the Baltimore community.
The Baltimore Sun has more on the story, and the team will also induct former announcer Bill O'Donnell as well.

The Baltimore Orioles sorely needed a day off, and obviously their play the past two weeks has been nothing short of dreadful.
The offense has not clicked at all, the starting pitching cannot get deep into games at all. If you add that Jaret Wright is on the DL, plus Adam Loewen may be headed there, or at minimum miss a start or two, things are downright gloomy in Orioleland.
Also you have people around the internet questioning Sam Perlozzo's fitness as a manager, as evidenced with the site 'Fire Sam Perlozzo Dot Com", fans all around the area, especially online are nothing short of pissed at the play of the team.
Some have even wanted Perlozzo fired and some want wholesale changes to the team.
I am staying positive, but the overwhelming thought is that the season is going rapidly down the drain, as we are in early May. If anyone from the front office reads this blog -- well, I hate to say it, but the fan base less is than positive at this point in the game, and there's a lot of moaning and groaning right now.
That being said, let's take a spin around the Orioles' Blogosphere and the Internet.
