Former O's Relief Pitcher LaTroy Hawkins & His Work in the Gulf Coast Area
Former Orioles relief pitcher LaTroy Hawkins has penned an article for mlb.com about his organzation, Players' Trust and the recent work they have done in the Gulf Coast after the carnage of Hurricane Katrina. It's nice to see the other side of professional athletes, especially when they are doing something positive and to better the lives of those far less fortunate than themselves.
LaTroy recently signed with the Colorado Rockies after one season in Baltimore.
